Matildas Own Polystick Sticky Backing is a tear away backing variant that has been treated to have a tack/sticky quality, sleeved against a sheet of release paper. The sticky side of this backing (behind your release sheet) is pressure sensitive, only reaching its full “sticky” potential once it has been pressed onto, or otherwise applied to a fabric or garment. Use this stabiliser for your hard to hoop projects and small items; such as – pockets, socks, cuffs, belts, shirt collars, etc. This backing is also fantastic for preventing ‘hoop-burn’ when working with fabrics like velour and brushed corduroy!
