After switching on, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to heat up the water in the tank and it can take upto 30 minutes to bring the desired temperture and to trip the geyser. This is the only semi instant part, to handle greater volume of water while also saving the maximum energy. After that it works like other instant geysers for continuous use of water. After reaching the set temperature thermostat will automatically handles the on off system. Heating element in this geyser comes with 3 options [800 watt, 1200 watt, 2000 watt].
